Lorna is a seasoned socio-economic consultant with an Honours degree in Sociology and over 15 years of experience in driving sustainable development initiatives. She specialises in socio-economic compliance reporting (SLP, Mining Charter, GRI), stakeholder management and engagement, relocation action plan implementation, and large-scale project delivery. Lorna has successfully managed multi-disciplinary teams and led the roll-out of complex programmes within the mining and corporate sectors, with a strong focus on measurable impact and compliance excellence.
Project Manager
Bianca is an experienced operations professional with a strong track record in supporting strategic business growth and operational delivery. Her expertise spans project management (Enterprise and Supplier Development), financial oversight (accounts and budget management), administrative leadership, brand development through graphic design, and human resource management. Bianca ensures that all business processes operate with efficiency, compliance, and alignment to broader organisational goals.
HR/ IR and HRD Partner Registered SDF
Ben’s expertise in Industrial Relations Management in mining, mining contractors and construction, with a track record of reaching resolutions between various stakeholders. As a registered Skills Development Facilitator Ben’s proficiency in Skills & Talent Pipeline Management provides clients with measurable progress, together with financial returns and piece of mind it terms of the submission of the annual Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports. This ensures that clients remain compliant and can effectively claim back skills development levies.
